In the autumn of 2025, a significant milestone in corporate social responsibility was marked as Wang Shiyao, the General Manager of Boluo Hengtongda (HTD) Hardware Co., Ltd., traveled to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. His mission was to participate in the high-profile "Guangdong-Xinjiang Human Resources Cooperation and Employment Promotion" event. This initiative, orchestrated to strengthen the industrial and economic ties between the manufacturing powerhouse of Guangdong and the developing markets of Xinjiang, provided a platform for HTD to demonstrate its commitment to national progress and social equity. Representing the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector of Huizhou, Mr. Wang’s presence underscored the vital role that private manufacturing plays in driving regional stability and employment.
As a highlight of the event, Mr. Wang Shiyao was invited to the stage to deliver a keynote speech on behalf of Huizhou’s SMEs. His address focused on the "Multiplier Effect" of manufacturing—how a single hardware production line can create an ecosystem of logistics, maintenance, and administrative jobs. He shared HTD’s success story, evolving from its 2014 founding to becoming a "Regional Benchmark Enterprise." He emphasized that for companies like HTD, which already boast a manufacturing efficiency 40% higher than the industry average, the next step in growth is not just internal, but external—by helping developing regions integrate into the global supply chain.
During the summit, Mr. Wang engaged in a deep and strategic dialogue with Cheng Yougen, the Second-Level Inspector of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, who also serves as the Party Committee Secretary and Director of the Guangdong SME Service Center. Mr. Cheng is a key architect of Guangdong’s private economy policies, and their conversation revolved around how "Specialized and Innovative" enterprises like HTD can better implement industrial policies to facilitate labor transfers and localized production in Xinjiang. This high-level exchange highlighted the synergy between government policy and corporate execution.

With a monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons and an additional 1,000 tons of available capacity, HTD possesses the industrial weight to make a tangible difference. Mr. Wang noted that high-quality tubing is not just about cold-rolled iron; it is about the people behind the machines. By upholding the ISO9001 and GB/T 13793-2008 standards, HTD ensures that its production methods are replicable and trainable, providing a blueprint for vocational training in regions like Xinjiang.
HTD’s involvement in Xinjiang also aligns with its rigorous ESG standards. The company maintains a material utilization rate of over 90% through advanced recycling and low-carbon processes. By promoting these "Green Manufacturing" standards during the event, Mr. Wang advocated for a development model in Xinjiang that balances industrial growth with environmental preservation.
