Q195 carbon steel pipe is a widely used mild carbon structural steel pipe in the global steel industry, especially popular for light structural, architectural, and decorative piping applications. As a standard Chinese grade carbon steel, Q195 features a minimum yield strength of 195 MPa, a tensile strength ranging from 315 MPa to 430 MPa, and a standard material density of 7.85 g/cm³. The letter “Q” represents the yield point of the steel material, while the number “195” indicates its rated yield strength value, tested based on standard 16mm thick steel specimens to ensure stable and reliable mechanical performance.
Manufactured through advanced hot rolling and cold rolling processes, Q195 steel pipe delivers uniform material structure, smooth surface finish, and excellent overall stability. All finished carbon steel pipes undergo strict factory inspections, including strength testing and flattening testing, to meet international quality standards.
